	Executing the necessary searches related to the property to be sold or bought, to ensure that the property is free from any debts, charges, mortgages, or other liabilities.
	We ensure, with our experience, the security of all ways and means of payment.
	Preparing the contracts needed for the transaction, agreeing, when needed, better conditions for the client.
	Taking care of all legal requirements of the case, like Notary documents, Land Registry inscriptions and tax payments.
	We also can assist, when requested, in the transfer of accounts with the local suppliers of utility services such as water, electricity, etc. following completion.

About our Russian clients, we also take care of their special needs (consular translations, document validation, etc) providing them with the information, help and assistance they need in order to make their investment save, easy and understandable.
